A well balanced junmai with an exceptionally smooth texture which goes well with mildly seasoned teppanyaki fish or meat and all types of sushi & sashimi.

The unfiltered shochikubai sake is reminiscent of the sort of sake that would have been enjoyed during the tale of genji period in Japan. This sake has a delicate aroma and is much lighter but retains it’s cloudy milky white look.
